Hasler’s TMS Department works as the front line for all postage meter-funding issues. TMS representatives act as the customer’s liaison with the US Postal Service.
TMS Representatives are available by phoning 800-248-8013. TMS hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 8am - 8:30pm (Eastern time).

To access your TMS account for account balance information and to request statements of account activity, you can go to www.haslerinc.com/myaccount or click the link to the right. To request a statement of account activity, you can either e-mail a TMS Representative at tmsdept@haslerinc.com, or fill out the form available on our 'Forms and Information' link on the left side of this page.
