Hasler, Inc. has introduced the WJ110 Mailing System, another step in the evolution of its easy to use, mid-volume mailing machines. The WJ110 is an extremely cost effective system with a small footprint, and is designed to be the perfect mailing companion for the small business.

The WJ110 processes mail at a rate of 110 letters per minute and has an auto feeder for quick mail processing. It can be easily integrated with a wide variety of Hasler scales and weighing platforms, ensuring accurate and proper postage. The system can track and record all mail expenses for 50 different departments (which can be expanded to grow with your business requirements), and utilizes HP technology in printing United States Postal Service IBI compliant indicia. The capacity to program up to five jobs saves time and money by recording the steps and specifics of mail classes, ad die and departments of your most common tasks. Its high capacity ink cartridges yield over 110% more imprints than its competition, also translating into a savings in cost per 1,000 imprints of 9% over competitive machines.

At 110 letters per minute, the WJ110 offers an extremely fast and efficient method for processing mail. It features an automatic tape dispenser with a capacity to program up to 99 labels, compared to rivals limited to half as many labels and requiring multiple steps for processing. The WJ110 also comes with eight pre-loaded ad dies – three more than the competition – with the capacity to load two additional customizable dies. Unique to the WJ series, five user programmable text messages may be included to personalize your mail pieces. It features an automatic thickness adjustment, as compared to traditional machines with just two settings requiring manual adjustment. The WJ110 handles various types of mail and print modes, including normal mode; omit date (for certain classes); date only to keep track of incoming mail; text only to help sort mail and ad die only. It is password protected to ensure security of the system and your mailing funds.

Hasler also offers true differential weighing as a simple-to-use method of processing mail and packages of different weights and sizes. Compared to conventional pass through processing, differential weighing allows you to bulk weigh a batch of various mail items, with the system recognizing and printing the exact postage required for each item you remove from the scale. It is a very efficient method for identifying and processing the individual postage needed for any mail item or package.
