MPV ensures document security and mailing integrity by:

Printing a unique non-intrusive 2-D barcode as part of the address block. This allows each document to be individually identified once processed (i.e. collated, folded and inserted).
Scanning and checking every document as they are inserted, reading the unique 2-D barcode identifier through the envelope window and reconciling the documents in real-time with the original document database.
Providing real-time alerts for any out-of-sequence, missing, duplicate, misread or invalid document discrepancies during production via the MPPC Integrity Control Dashboard. Issues can be fixed on the spot or corrected at the end of the production run.
Re-printing, processing or re-scanning any missing documents, making reconciliation simple.
Providing detail production reports for full audit trail capability.

MPV is a perfect complement to Hasler's DCS output management software and folding/inserting systems. It enables easy monitoring of the mail piece insertion process and reconciliation of missing or damaged documents to guarantee end-to-end mailing production integrity from print to insertion.
